Tea is a work of art and needs a master hand to bring out its noblest qualities. There is good and bad tea as there is good and bad music and art. There is no single recipe for making the perfect tea. There must always be beauty in tea.
Silk Road Arts Council
January 1, 2007
Founded in 1998, the Silk Road Arts Council of Hat Creek, Alberta works closely with the Silkroad Arts & Culture Foundation a a non-profit project using the “Silk Road” theme to explore the arts. Silkroad Arts Council is an independent group that works hard to celebrate arts and culture with a difference. Silkroad Arts Council is Alberta based.
The Silk Road Arts Council is committed to exploring and connecting the arts of various cultures. We are able to connect with many independent arts and cultural groups around the world. We help you get the feel for who we are. Our team, with their strong cultural backgrounds, will match your individual needs to the exploration and research.
Our goal is to provide arts and cultural experiences and learning about the Silk Road and Beyond. Our ability to expand the offerings will in part depend on the degree to which those participating in other Silkroad Arts & Culture Projects may be willing to contribute to success. Most likely you are here because someone told you about the Silk Road Arts Council, you have seen one of our links on another website or maybe you found us through and internet search. We are soley referral based and so there is no advertising. However, if there is then it is mostly in terms of sponsorship. We feel that our grassroots approach is the best way for us to grow and reach out to artists and beyond. In this way, we feel we can serve you in a way you come to expect. In fact, most visitors seek us and choose Silkroad Arts Council because of our reputation in the community.

A proud sponsor of the Silkroad Coffee Traders & Silk Road Music.
